RCP Holy Week Specials


Thinking about what to eat this holy week? Worry no more. Your favorite restaurant offers fresh and exceptional dishes for your kin!

FISH FINGER
Fish Finger was first mentioned in a recipe known in a British magazine in 1990. It is a fillet usually made using white fish. RCP’s Fish Finger is a breaded and battered Tuna.

SIZZLING GAMBAS
“Gambas” is a Spanish word meaning prawn. Sizzling Gamba is a popular Filipino shrimp appetizer or main dish. It is being served in a sizzling plate to add an appeal aside from being hot.

SIZZLING PUSIT
Sizzling Pusit is a grilled squid served in a sizzling plate. Before having it grilled, it is being marinated in salt, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and sweetener.

CHICKEN LUMPIANG SHANGHAI
Lumpiang Shanghai came from the Chinese origin of Lumpia. It was first introduced to the Philippines and we made a variation and modification of it and one of them is the Chicken Lumpiang Shanghai.

SIZZLING TUNA BELLY
Tuna Belly is one of the favorite dishes to enjoy this holy week. There are variations to prepare a tuna dish but Sizzling in an iron plate is exceptional!
